Cynthia follows the I-MASK+ and I-RECOVER Protocols established by the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care  Alliance or FLCCC. Cynthia is licensed in the State of Idaho only. She is not able to treat patients living outside the State of ID. All visits for COVID prevention and treatment  will be via Telemedicine

If you are currently ill with COVID-19 during this time you will need to register for a new patient account, complete the medical questionnaire and input your payment information. After doing so you can request an appointment online. You will not be charged until after your appointment with Cynthia.

Fill out the patient registration form. This will create your patient account and will also create a patient portal for you. In this patient portal you can securely send messages to our office, request medication refills, see your visit summary, see your appointments, etc.

After completing the patient registration form, log in to your portal by clicking here.

Go to “Invoices & Payments” > “Add Credit Card”

After completing those steps you can request an appointment via “My Appointments”. Please select “Initial COVID Care Appointment”. Once your appointment has been accepted you will receive verification via e-mail.
