Our goal is to help patients get to the root cause of their illness and achieve optimal health and wellness. We do not provide traditional primary care services. We encourage patients to maintain a relationship with their Primary Care Provider (PCP).
Our office is not contracted with any insurance companies. However, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your own insurance company for reimbursement. We do accept HSA.
Initial visits are typically 60-75 minutes in length and cost $385. Cost for follow ups will depend on the length of time needed for the appointment. Cynthia spends additional time prior to your visit reviewing your questionnaires and any medical records prior to your initial visit.

After filling out a registration form you will have your own patient portal. From there you can request an appointment under “My Appointments”. We also ask that you complete new patient paperwork under “Questionnaires”. Please complete the following forms “Medical History”, “Medical Symptom”, “Family History”, “Social History” and any other forms that pertain to your health concerns. Completing the patient paperwork prior to your appointment helps us to be prepared to see you and address your concerns.
