Our goal is to help patients get to the root cause of their illness and achieve optimal health and wellness. We do not provide traditional primary care services. We encourage patients to maintain a relationship with their Primary Care Provider (PCP).
Our office is not contracted with any insurance companies. However, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your own insurance company for reimbursement. We do accept HSA.
Initial visits are typically 60-75 minutes in length and cost $415. Cost for follow ups will depend on the length of time needed for the appointment. Our providers spend additional time prior to your visit reviewing your questionnaires and any medical records prior to your initial visit.
