Cynthia Culp NP-C is the founder and CEO of Foothills Functional Medicine, PLLC in Eagle, ID since 2019. Previously, Cynthia founded and practiced at Rocky Mountain Health and Wellness, LLC in Eagle ID in 2001-2018. She has years of experience in integrative and functional medicine and brings the latest advancements in those fields to the Eagle community and surrounding areas.

Cynthia has been successful treating her patients by utilizing the functional medicine approach; blending pharmaceuticals with nutraceuticals, utilizing science and nutrition to its best advantage to get the optimal effect and outcome. She has had great success treating gastrointestinal problems, mitochondrial dysfunction, autoimmune conditions, and hormone imbalances. She develops a therapeutic alliance with her patients assisting them on their journey to achieve optimal health and wellness.

Cynthia is board-certified family nurse practitioner and was one of the first practitioners to complete the certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine in 2013. Most recently she completed a fellowship and certification in Anti-aging and Metabolic Medicine through American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). She completed the peptide certification through A4M in 2022.

Education: Cynthia received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Nursing from Augustana College, graduating with honors in 1990, then went on to complete her Master of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Gonzaga University in 1997.

Bobbi Fuller, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about helping others achieve improved health and becoming part of each patient’s unique health journey. Having received the benefits of traditional and integrated health care herself, Bobbi is inspired to share her expertise and bring these services to those who can benefit from this unique approach to personalized health care.

Bobbi has advanced training in functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy, and lifestyle medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), and WorldLink Medical. She has worked in a variety of medical settings including orthopedics, cardiology, family practice, and functional medicine.

Hobbies and interests include fly fishing, beekeeping, hiking, gardening, cooking, and spending time on her mini-farm with her dogs, cats, chickens and the occasional herd of deer or stray beaver.

Megan Nicola, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Idaho native who is passionate about helping patients optimize their health through a personalized and integrative approach to care. She focuses on hormone optimization, metabolic health, and functional medicine, working closely with patients to identify root causes and creating individualized treatment plans that support long-term wellness. Her approach emphasizes patient education, collaboration, and personalized care to help patients feel their best and improve their quality of life. 

Megan has advanced training in functional medicine and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy through World link Medical. She has worked in a variety of medical settings including cardiology, ENT, family practice and hormone replacement/functional medicine.

Madison is the Office Manager at Foothills Functional Medicine, where she keeps the clinic running seamlessly with her strong organizational skills and calm, compassionate presence. Her background in patient care and office coordination helps support both staff and patients with ease.

As the clinic’s phlebotomist, Madison performs blood draws and IV insertions with accuracy and a focus on patient comfort. She also is certified in functional nutrition, further enhancing the personalized care offered at the clinic.

Madison is passionate about helping others thrive through functional medicine. Outside of work, she enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, and spending time outdoors. Her love for nature and wellness reflects the values she brings to her work each day.

As our Certified Nursing Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator, Larissa combines empathy, organization, and strong communication in every patient interaction. With a background in direct care, she supports clinical procedures, gathers vital information, and ensures patients feel informed and empowered. Behind the scenes, she manages labs, tracks results, and keeps care plans running smoothly.

Outside of work, Larissa enjoys staying active with Pilates and sharpening her problem-solving skills through escape rooms. Her commitment to growth—both personally and professionally—contributes to the welcoming, supportive environment at Foothills Functional Medicine.
